You usually don't want all sub-forums. So there is no need to have all sub-forums. And to add the ones you need is really a fast "job".

if i go each forum one by one to search the ids that would take me like 3,4 hours right

1 hour max I'd say. For testing purposes I manage to add 500 (or more) ids in 1 hour. You can easily see the id by just mouse over the link, all browsers gives a small link preview at the bottom.
