Is it possible to add constant ex : [constant] after the prefix or everywhere we want?
(different constants for different template sites)

You can do this by adding some subject replacements for wanted forums or in general subject replacements.

Hum.. do not understand where I can Add the constant for a specific template :s

It won't be for template, it's for forum or just general for all subjects, but maybe you have some word in the subject which would identify the needed section so the replacement would work only for that "section / template".
