Are you sure you entered the tags in the "Tags" field?

PHPost require to enter tags always.

I was also getting this error when I forgot to enter tags.

I have the option to create tags automatically
And also added the tags manually
But the error still persists

Fixed for next update (2.61).

It probably affects multiple PHPost sites. Just didn't had ability to test on a lot since it's the first version when PHPost type was added.

The fix fixes for all sites, no need to report others.
