Some forums have the option of generating tags (ex= in the title is TRON you can add Tron, years, dvdrip separate with a comma 5 tags max) like in warezforum.info or other in order to optimize user search for topic. Maybe realisable?

It's already there. From menu select: Message -> Optional Fields.

Then you will see the "Tags" field.
