I have some forums where you can post your own thread even if someone has already posted the same release. Others demand to post a reply instead of opening a new thread.

I use directory posting a lot and it would be very good if the posts would be posted right away for the first type of site and saved to post list for review for the second type.

Suggestion: Therefore it would be necessary to make general config options "Add post to post list and not send them immediately" / "Send post immediately" / "Send post immediately and save copy to post list" site dependent.

Should be enough. Just enable this where you don't want to post it and the global setting will take care of everything else.
