Hey I would like to explain one of my ideas i think can improve poster. When user chooses multiple failed posts to "retry after" dialog pops up and let him choose to retry all posts after XXX OR let him type in XXX and poster automatically in order in which they are chosen gives every posts XXX seconds(for instance 1st posts is retried after 3000 seconds 2nd post is retried after 6000,3rd post is retried after 9000 etc.)

I don't see any reason why you would need to do that.

Just retry all after 3000 seconds and where needed flood delay (based on settings) will be used later automatically.
