don't really see a point of having more than 15 users in one forum.

Sounds more like flooding / spaming already.

Most people use 1. Some 2 users in single forum.

some forum only allow post 3-5 post per user. 15 user = 45-75 post/day. example I have 2 topic and 60 min/ post so have 48 post per day (with only 1 user). Hope you increase to 25-30 rank user, I'm only using with some important forum, not same a spammer
