 Post subject: Script stop when I logout VPS?

I wrote a script (autoit script) .i am using it with themaposter.but when I close the remote desktop window , the script is stopped and run again when I reopen the remote desktop windows.how can i solve this problem ?

I have no idea.

Never used remote desktop and this is not really program itself related.
