Go to wanted forum, press on "Create new theard" button, open the html source, there is a text like this:

var current_board = 165;

, the number should be the id.

Press on "Create new thread" button, then open html source and search for "board", you should see this line:
var current_board = 207;

207 is the id.

Seen but I got it, thous two section is not there for me in the addnews page, it seems I don't have permission to post there yet.

what is the meaning of the below option there "Don't post at home" ??

It's the same option you should see in DLE Blog's "Add news" page.

They just have an option to don't publish at home page.
