Hi.

Is there any way to set this individually for each topic?

As I understand it this option is general for ALL topics in forum.

Some forums have rules of minimum 10 minutes betweeen each post in each topic.

You can set it for forum in "FORUMS" -> "Other settings".

Forum have rules for whole forum (not per topic).

Setting flood delay for forum should be fine.

Edit: 4.10: Added flood delay option for topcis (in "Topics editor").

There are forums that require x amount of minutes between each post in mega thread or in creating only 1 topic every x minutes.

With FORUM flood delay you wont be able to post anything at all until x minutes have passed.
Unless I overlooked something ?

The only way to do it would be using interval scheduling and schedule separately for that topic.

Might add flood delay setting for topics in update.

Edit: 4.10: Added flood delay option for topcis (in "Topics editor").
